Meet the leadership
Dr. MuraReddy Gudisela
Managing Partner
Dr. MuraReddy Gudisela is the founder of Jaiha Laboratories. Prior to establishing Jaiha Laboratories, he worked with leading pharmaceutical and research organizations, including Curia (formerly AMRI – Albany Molecular Research Inc., Hyderabad), AAP Pharma, Laurus Labs, and Tagoor Laboratories.
With 20 years of research experience in CRO and process R&D, Dr. MuraReddy has extensive expertise in bulk unit operations, process development, and the synthesis of CRAMS, CRO molecules, and fine chemicals, ranging from milligram to multi-kilogram scale.
At Jaiha Laboratories, he is responsible for unit operations, process R&D implementation, and subsequent commercialization. His responsibilities also include strategic planning, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality materials, experimental design, and the development and optimization of synthesis and purification protocols from laboratory scale to kilo scale.
His expertise encompasses process chemistry, scale-up, process optimization, and commercial manufacturing, enabling the successful transition of chemical processes from R&D to larger-scale production.
